Atomic Notes Principle#

Each note should capture exactly one idea. This constraint forces clarityβ€”if you can’t express the idea in a single note, you don’t understand it well enough yet.

Atomic notes are:

  • Self-contained (understandable without context)
  • Focused (one concept, not a collection)
  • Linkable (can connect to other notes meaningfully)

The power comes from combination. Individual atoms combine into molecules of thought.
