Participants: 8 users (mix of new and existing)

Positive feedback:

• New editor feels faster
• Sync indicator helpful
• Dark mode improvements appreciated

Issues found:

• 3 users confused by back button (iPad)
• 2 users missed keyboard shortcuts
• 1 user reported sync delay (network issue)

Severity ratings applied, top 3 issues scheduled for fix.
