Morning (6:30-9:00):

  • Wake, hydrate
  • Movement (run Mon/Wed/Fri, yoga Tue/Thu)
  • Shower, breakfast
  • Review daily plan

Work blocks (9:00-17:00):

  • Deep work: 9:00-12:00
  • Lunch break: 12:00-13:00
  • Meetings/collaboration: 13:00-15:00
  • Shallow work: 15:00-17:00

Evening (17:00-22:00):

  • Exercise (if not morning)
  • Dinner
  • Personal projects
  • Wind down (no screens after 21:00)
  • Sleep by 22:30
