- Movement (run Mon/Wed/Fri, yoga Tue/Thu)
- Shower, breakfast
- Review daily plan
Work blocks (9:00-17:00):
- Deep work: 9:00-12:00
- Lunch break: 12:00-13:00
- Meetings/collaboration: 13:00-15:00
- Shallow work: 15:00-17:00
Evening (17:00-22:00):
- Exercise (if not morning)
- Dinner
- Personal projects
- Wind down (no screens after 21:00)
- Sleep by 22:30
