Address UX feedback#

User testing revealed several friction points. Fix the top priority issues before release.

Issues to fix:

• Back button placement confusing on iPad
• Sync status indicator too subtle
• Keyboard shortcuts not discoverable
• Empty state needs better onboarding

Each fix should be reviewed by design before merge.
